This serviced house is located in Cheltenham next to Montpellier Gardens, which hosts the Cheltenham festivals and is a short stroll from the popular Montpellier district and town centre. Arranged over three floors, this light, airy, modern, serviced townhouse is located in Cheltenham’s centre. On a private, no-through road, it overlooks the beautiful Montpellier Gardens and is just a short stroll from the ever-popular restaurant and shopping district.
A large entrance hallway leads to a contemporary kitchen diner on the ground floor. With all modern appliances, sleek white gloss units, and enough seating for eight, the kitchen is suitable for large families and a perfect space for entertaining.
Open the patio door onto an enclosed rear paved garden and seating area to enjoy your little tranquillity in the centre of Cheltenham.
The living room on the property’s second floor is flooded with light and has fabulous views over the Montpellier Gardens. Guests can relax on the comfy sofas in front of a large TV and marble fireplace.
The main bedroom is on the first floor. It offers a super king-size bed that can be split to make two single beds, a lovely dressing table, and plenty of storage space. The family bathroom next door has a bath and rainfall shower.
Follow the stairs up to the top floor, where you will find two more king-size bedrooms and a double-size bedroom, all serviced by another family bathroom, including a bath and rainfall shower. The bedrooms at the back of the property also boast beautiful views of the park. All bedrooms have wardrobes, chest drawers, and plenty of storage space for all your items.
There’s also a downstairs cloakroom and a large utility room – great for hanging, washing and storing suitcases. The property also benefits from allocated off-street parking directly outside.

Yes, there is parking available. Some have secured garages, others have free parking on the road. None should require paid parking.

Our apartments offer great flexibility and we are often able to increase the stay of our clients but we recommend you contact us as soon as possible as our apartments are very popular.

How do I make a reservation?

Is there a minimum number of nights I need to book?
We require a minimum stay of 2 nights.

Do you allow pets?
In some apartments and houses pets are allowed. On each apartment page it says if pets are allowed at the top of the page. Most of our accommodation do not allow pets. If you have a pet allergy we have many suitable apartments we can offer you.

Payment Terms:
- Stays under 30 nights: Full payment is required at the time of booking.
- Stays over 30 nights: Payment for the first 30 nights is taken at the time of booking, then payment is collected in 30-day intervals.
- For corporate stays, different payment options may be available—please contact us for more information.
Please refer to our cancellation policy if you need to cancel or reduce the number of nights for your stay.
Security Deposit:
- A security deposit is required upon arrival:
- £250 for most stays
- £500 for certain properties or during the Cheltenham Gold Cup
- £500 if pets are allowed
- This deposit will be refunded once we confirm the apartment is left in good condition.
Check-In:
- Check-in times are between 3 pm and 6 pm.
- We will meet you upon arrival, show you around the apartment, explain how everything works, and provide helpful information about the local area to help you settle in.
- Self-check-in is available. If you arrive after 6 pm, we will provide you with a code for check-in.
Check-Out:
- Departure is at 10 am, unless otherwise arranged.

No smoking in the property. No loud noise between 11 pm & 8 am. No parties, hen or stag do’s.
Well behaved pets are permitted at this property.

Cancellation Policy – Non-Refundable Charge regardless of notice given:
- Stays under 30 nights: 20% of the total cost is non-refundable.
- Stays over 30 nights: 20% of the first month is non-refundable.
Cancellation Notice for Reducing or Cancelling the Remaining Stay:
- 1–29 nights: At least 7 days before arrival. If cancelled in less than 7 days, a charge for 7 nights will apply at the 7-night rate for the property.
- 30+ nights: At least 30 days before arrival. If cancelled in less than 30 days, a charge for 30 nights will apply.
Cheltenham Gold Cup Bookings:
- A 30-day notice is required.
- Cancellations within 30 days incur a 20% non-refundable charge.
- Cancellations within less than 30 days incur a 100% charge.
- This applies to bookings that span the Gold Cup event, even if the total stay is under 90 nights.
Non-Arrivals:
- Treated as a cancellation with a 100% charge.
Reduction in Nights Stayed:
- Any reduction in the number of nights will be treated as a cancellation.
- If your stay is shortened and moves to a different price bracket, a higher nightly rate will apply.

- Our price brackets are:
- 1–6 nights
- 7–19 nights
- 20–29 nights
- 30–89 nights
